Bank of China traces its history back to 1912, once its foundation was approved by the foundation father of the Republic of China, national leader. The bank has had many roles throughout its history. Until 1949, it served as China’s financial organization. Thereafter, it managed the country’s exchange operations. In 1994, it became a totally state-owned depository financial institution, and in 2006, it offered shares on exchanges in each urban center and Shanghai. The bank has matured to a vast size and according net profit from continued operations exceptional $25.5 billion in 2013. At the tip of last year, Bank of China was still over common fraction owned by the Chinese government through a state-owned enterprise.
